Workplace Management and Legal Compliance:
- Negotiating and drafting individual employment agreements for C-suite employees
- Drafting and implementing employment policies for United States and multinational employers, including drug and alcohol testing, progressive discipline of employees, expatriate relocation, fitness for duty, privacy and other employment-related issues
- Advising management on individual and collective redundancies for local and expatriate employees
- Negotiating employment-related issues in corporate transactions in energy sector
- Conducting workplace investigations of alleged discrimination; fraud and breach of employment policies
- Advising clients and conducting pre-trial analysis and investigation with regard to employment-related issues, including wrongful termination, multiemployer pension plan withdrawals, employment law compliance, public pension funding, and computer fraud and abuse

- Facilitating compliance with best practices for fiduciary decision-making for international and domestic employee benefit plans
- Developing executive compensation arrangements, including long-term incentives and bonus arrangements, for private and public corporations
- Advising benefits professionals on all aspects of benefit plan administration, including vendor management
- Providing guidance on employee benefit facets of mergers, acquisitions and corporate disclosures
- Assisting clients to achieve documentary and operational compliance with the privacy and security provisions of HIPAA
